Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Concierge Manager to join a prestigious ultra-luxury cruise operator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional, personalised service to an international clientele.

The Role

You will lead the onboard Concierge team, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction throughout every stage of the cruise experience.
From coordinating exclusive experiences to managing day-to-day guest requirements, you will play an integral role in delivering the seamless, attentive and personalised service expected within an ultra-luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Concierge team, fostering a culture of exceptional guest service.
• Oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.
• Coordinate personalised guest requests, travel arrangements and destination experiences.
• Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external service providers.
• Manage departmental performance, budgets and service standards.
• Handle complex guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Identify opportunities to continuously enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior Concierge, Guest Services or Destination Services / Shore Excursion position within luxury hospitality.
• Previous management experience within a luxury cruise operation is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and personalised service delivery.
• Experience coordinating destination experiences, excursions or bespoke travel arrangements.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing departmental budgets.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
• Valid seagoing documentation and availability to join October 2026.
