We are seeking an experienced Purser with a strong luxury cruise ship background for an excellent opportunity to transition into the yachting industry. There are approximately 60 crew members on payroll. This position would particularly suit an established Cruise Ship Purser who has worked within the luxury cruise sector and is looking to bring their experience into the yacht industry.

The Purser will have responsibility for the vessels crew administration and logistics, with key duties including: Crew payroll and payroll processing, Coordinating crew flights and travel, organising crew transfers, Managing crew changes and associated logistics, Processing crew documentation, General crew administration and record keeping, Liaising with management and relevant shoreside parties.

Candidate Profile: Candidates must have previous Purser experience within the luxury cruise ship sector and be confident managing payroll, crew travel, transfers and crew administration. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cruise ship Crew Purser looking to make the transition from luxury cruise ships into the yachting industry.
