An exceptional opportunity has become available for an accomplished Food & Beverage Director to join a prestigious luxury shipboard operation.

We are looking for a highly experienced F&B leader with a strong and stable career history who can deliver exceptional standards across a sophisticated, international hospitality environment.

The Package

Rotation: 10 weeks onboard / 10 weeks off

Accommodation: Single cabin

Onboard allowance: $500 USD per month

Salary is paid during onboard periods.

The Profile

We are looking for a standout F&B professional who can demonstrate:

Significant senior-level Food & Beverage leadership experience

A stable and progressive employment history

Previous luxury hotel experience

Previous shipboard experience is highly desirable

Strong operational and people-management skills

Experience working within high-end, international hospitality environments

Exceptional guest service standards

The ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams

Multiple languages would be a significant advantage

This role would particularly suit an established F&B leader who combines the service standards and commercial understanding of the luxury hotel sector with knowledge of shipboard operations.
