Job Description

Take your pastry career to sea with an international cruise line, working within a large-scale luxury galley operation.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Executive Pastry Chef from a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale pastry operation or cruise background. Previous shipboard experience is preferred but isn't essential, making this a strong opportunity for senior pastry chefs looking to develop their career within the cruise industry.

The opportunity

As Executive Pastry Chef, you'll lead the pastry operation, overseeing production and maintaining consistently high standards across a busy, international environment.
You'll lead and develop a multicultural pastry team, ensuring quality, consistency and creativity across the onboard offering while building your career with an established international cruise brand.

What you'll need

Essential

• Previous experience as an Executive Pastry Chef
• Experience within a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale pastry operation or cruise line
• Experience managing high-volume pastry production
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Availability to join at short notice

Preferred

• Previous shipboard experience

Contract & package

• Salary: from USD 4,800 per month
• Rotation: 4 months onboard / 2 months off
