Job Description
Take your culinary career to sea with an international cruise line, working within a large-scale luxury galley operation.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Pastry Sous Chef from a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale pastry operation or cruise background. Previous shipboard experience is preferred but isn't essential, making this a strong opportunity for pastry chefs looking to move into the cruise industry.

The opportunity
As Pastry Sous Chef, you'll support the senior pastry team in delivering consistently high standards across a busy, international operation.
You'll work as part of a multicultural team, developing your experience within a large-scale galley environment while building your career with an established international cruise brand.

What you'll need

Essential

• Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef
• Experience within a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale pastry operation or cruise line
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Availability to join at short notice

Preferred

• Previous shipboard experience

Contract & package

• Salary: from USD 3,400 per month
• Rotation: 6 months onboard / 2 months off
