Job Description

Take your culinary career to sea with an international cruise line, working within a large-scale luxury galley operation.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Executive Sous Chef from a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant or cruise background. Previous shipboard experience is preferred but isn't essential, making this a strong opportunity for senior chefs looking to develop their career within the cruise industry.

The opportunity

As Executive Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Executive Chef, overseeing culinary operations and maintaining consistently high food quality and service standards across a busy, international operation.
You'll lead and develop multicultural culinary teams, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while building your career with an established international cruise brand.

What you'll need

Essential

• Previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef
• Experience within a five-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant or cruise line
• Experience managing high-volume culinary operations
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Availability to join at short notice

Preferred

• Previous shipboard experience

Contract & package

• Salary: from USD 4,800 per month
• Rotation: 4 months onboard / 2 months off
