German speaking Bar Chef (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• - Operational management of several bars onboard
• - Ensuring smooth service and administrative operations across assigned bars
• - Leading and coordinating the entire bar team
• - Preparing staff schedules and supporting team development
• - Managing stock control, ordering and inventories
• - Maintaining a visible presence during service and ensuring excellent guest experience

What we are looking for:

• - Good German and English language skills
• - Professional background in hospitality and substantial bar experience
• - Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and beverage operations
• - Proven leadership and organisational skills
• - Good computer/POS skills, including ordering and stock management
• - Reliable, motivated and hands-on management style
• - Ready for an onboard contract of approximately 5–6 months
