German speaking Bar Supervisor (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• - Supervising the smooth daily operation of an assigned bar
• - Leading and coordinating Barkeeper and Waiter teams
• - Supporting inventory, deliveries and stock control
• - Being present during service and supporting the preparation of bar drinks
• - Acting as a key contact for guests and the bar team

What we are looking for:

• - Good German and English language skills
• - Several years of experience as a Barkeeper or in a similar position
• - Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• - Strong knowledge of beverages and international cocktails
• - Good organisational and leadership skills
• - Reliable, hands-on and able to remain service-oriented under pressure
• - Ready for an onboard contract of approximately 5–6 months
