German speaking Guest Service Supervisor (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• - Supporting the smooth daily operation of Reception and Guest Service areas
• - Acting as a key contact for guest requests, feedback and service-related issues
• - Coordinating and motivating an international Guest Service team of up to 10 crew members
• - Supporting the team in complaint handling and guest care
• - Assisting guests and accompanying persons during medical emergencies or other sensitive situations

What we are looking for:

• - Fluent German
• - Good English
• - Professional education or training in hospitality, gastronomy or tourism
• - At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• - Previous cruise ship experience
• - Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• - Experience in complaint management and guest/customer service is preferred
• - Excellent communication and organisational skills
• - Professional appearance and confident manner
• - Ready for an onboard contract of approximately 4–5 months
