Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious luxury cruise operator to recruit an experienced Chef de Cuisine for their world-class fleet.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented culinary leader with luxury hospitality experience and a passion for exceptional fine dining.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee daily galley operations, ensuring exceptional culinary standards, food safety, cost control and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily galley operations and food production.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Lead, train and develop a multicultural culinary team.
• Ensure compliance with USPH/HACCP standards.
• Manage food costs, inventory and waste control.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef experience within ultra-luxury cruise, hotel or fine dining operations, ideally Michelin-level.
• Strong leadership experience in high-volume, high-quality culinary environments.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and cost management.
• Valid seagoing documentation or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for culinary excellence and team development.
