DINING ROOM STEWARD/WAITER 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will work according to the verbal instructions/duties given by his/her superior (Maitre D’ or HM) , prepare and serve full board meals on board, beverage service in restaurant and public areas,takes care of cleanliness in assigned areas,works according all safety and hygiene regulations, careful handling of equipment in assigned field, assists wherever help is needed as embarkation/disembarkation loadings of food supplies, guest luggage

PROFILE:

• Professional skills and several years experience gained in restaurants / the hotel business / aboard cruise ships 
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service (menus and beverages)
• Very good command of English (read/write)
• Trustworthy, efficient and able to work under pressure 
• Organisational, and communicational skills
•  Teamwork in an international environment with polite manners
• Well-groomed and clean appearance
