Based in Tuan Chau Island, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam, Paradise Cruises is a 5-star cruise company operating in Halong Bay and belonging to Tuan Chau Group.
Established in 2007 and after launching its first boat in 2008, Paradise Cruises has been rapidly and continuously growing and runs now 9 boats designed according to traditional Vietnamese wooden junks, including: 04 Paradise Luxury of 17 cabins each; 02 Paradise Privilege of 3 cabins each, 01 very high-end Paradise Peak of 8 suites and two day-boats named Paradise Explorer. Paradise Cruises disposes of a marina in Tuan Chau Island at the doorstep of Halong Bay. A few steps from the marina, guests are welcome in a private Paradise Lounge and Café.
Paradise Suites hotel with 156 rooms by Paradise Cruises intends to follow the company’s signature of offering facilities and a service in conformity with the natural surrounding elegance. Whilst most hotels in and around Halong focus on capacity and practicality more than charm and experience, Paradise Suites has been designed to provide guests with an atmosphere of beauty and delicacy at all times. Paradise Cruises’ headquarter is located on Tuan Chau Island. In addition, we have two sales offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and representative offices abroad.
Ceaselessly growing, innovating and extending its activities, Paradise Cruises also manages Real Estate projects in Tuan Chau and Halong area and the project of Luxury Villas on Tuan Chau Island.
• Manage the daily operation of the overall cruise
• Manage the staff onboard for duty roster, promotion, bonus,... and assist in recruitment and training
• Implement and control operational procedures & highest quality standards onboard
• Handle complaints effectively & maintain passenger satisfaction
• Maintain cost control and effectiveness & maximize onboard sales and increase profitability
• Participate in the strategic development of the company
• Coordinate with Sales/ Marketing to organize the event and to host the inspection/ FAM trip/ VIP clients
• Assist sales in sales calls/ products presentations/ travel fairs
• Overall responsibility for daily, weekly & monthly reports to Operation Manager/ General Manager
• Other tasks to be assigned by OM/ GM and to be discussed in detail during the interview
