Cast-A-Way Cruise and Resort Hiring Agency is seeking SHOPPING CONCIERGES for Princess Cruises-- serving as the ambassador and voice of luxury cruise shopping while working on board the world’s most exciting passenger cruise ships. 

As shopping Concierge, your job is to inform, excite and delight cruise passengers about tax-and-duty-free onboard shopping opportunities by delivering dynamic presentations, seminars and events to large captive audiences. You will service and represent some of the world’s most celebrated luxury brands and retailers, such as Cartier, Tag Heuer, Fendi, Breitling and more. You will also deliver white glove concierge service to individual guests, assisting them in celebrating and commemorating their vacations through shopping.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, entrepreneurial, self-motivated and highly-driven with extraordinary communication and presentation skills. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• Powerful command of the English Language
• Dynamic public speaking and presentation experience
• Ability to present scripting, personally created as well as provided
• Ability to deliver information in a clear, entertaining and motivating way in order to inspire action.
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Ability to take direction and apply strategies
• Basic computer proficiency including emails, PowerPoint / Keynote presentation software, MS word, and MS Excel
• Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred:
• Cruise Ship experience
• Luxury retail experience
• Fine Jewelry, diamond and gemstone knowledge / accreditation
• Television / Filming experience
