As eCommerce Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and leading initiatives to significantly increase digital revenue with a focus on promotions and on-site merchandising. You will relentlessly analyze and optimize performance on promotional modules, landing pages, emails, and product detail pages, leveraging the latest in data and technology tools and partnerships to increase conversion of all Celebrity products that are sold online. In addition, this role requires creativity, analysis, and flexibility, working in a fast-paced, changing environment focused on driving record-setting results.

Career Snapshot: 

  • Promotions: Serve as the digital leader for all promotions on all cruise-related products before and after booking, recommending strategic and tactical approaches across the organization to maximize conversion and increase web-based revenue, partnering closely with revenue management, sales, brand, and design.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Leverage A/B testing tools to develop landing page templates that drive the highest conversion rates while continuously improving the CTR on these templates, leading an agile team to iteratively enhance the suite of landing pages while thinking through the impact to the end-to-end booking experience.
  • Metrics: own all performance metrics for promotions across all digital touch points, including emails, landing pages, homepage, gateway pages, and more. Create dashboard to share across the organization, providing data to support new approaches aimed at both improving performance and minimizing overhead to execute the promotions.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Create and manage roadmap to deliver unique messaging and offers to specific web segments, pairing the right offer for the right product to the right segment at the right time.
  • Localization: Develop web-based hub to support acquisition of high-valued guests in target local markets, partnering with the marketing manager in each city to localize promotions and increase web bookings in each target market.
  • Resolve conflicts, dependencies and bottlenecks, negotiate where needed, anticipate and balance the business needs versus technical constraints to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in the successful planning and implementation of Marketing initiatives across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5-8 years experience with consumer-facing websites and strong familiarity with e-commerce best practices
  • Self-starter with a passion for independent problem-solving
  • Thorough understanding of promotions and their role in driving sales
  • Experience successfully managing projects from conceptualizaton through execution, on time and on budget
  • Experience working with testing platforms
  • Experience in all phases of the web development life cycle, with familiarity with the Agile methodology
