Performance Hosts

Cruise & Maritime Voyages are looking for Performance Hosts with strong quality vocals, great personality and hosting skills to a mature audience. The ability to sing and act within production shows, deliver solo cabarets along with confident light entertainment hosting is essential. Harmonizing skills are also a requirement.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Maintains continual interaction with the guests.
• Hosts and participates in shows, game production shows, deck parties, cabarets & daytime activities. Socializes with guests in public areas at all times in accordance the evening rota.
• Visits guest lounges at specified times to converse with as many guests as possible in the time allotted.
• Attends Captain's Cocktail Party and Welcome Party to provide introductions, socialize and coordinate the flow of the reception line.
•  strong quality vocals, great personality and hosting skills to a mature audience.
• The ability to sing and act within production shows, deliver solo cabarets along with confident light entertainment hosting is essential. Harmonizing skills are also a requirement.

Certificate Requirements

• Personal Survival Techniques STCW - Ref. A-VI/1-1
• Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting - STCW Ref. A-VI/1-2
• Elementary First Aid - STCW Ref. A-VI/1-3
• Personal, safety and social responsibilities STCW A-VI/1-4
• Crowd Management Ref. A – V/2 Par 1-3 or A – V/3 Par 1-3
• Security Awareness Ref. A-VI/6 -1
• ENG 1 Medical
• Valid passport
• Seaman’s Book - National or Bahamian Seaman’s Books only

You will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role, be able to sing, dance & host as well as being a great people person. The ability to speak Dutch is an advantage
