Faststream has partnered with a Maritime industry leader in Yachting that is looking for a Yacht Crew Placement Specialist. Faststream's Yacht Crew Placement Specialist is a full time, permanent shore-based position paying approximately $40,000 - $45,000 per year base salary depending on experience plus commission.

Responsibilities of the Yacht Crew Placement Specialist role include:

• Handle fleet crew requirements within the organization
• Responsible for crew selection and recruitment for the fleet
• Will be required to source candidates and perform interviews
• Perform reference and certification checks
• Make travel arrangements as needed for crew members

Requirements of the Yacht Crew Placement Specialist role are as follow:

• Yacht crew recruitment experience is required
• Must have appropriate experience, knowledge and understanding of recruitment in the Yachting industry
• Excellent communication skills are required to be able to liaise confidently and professionally with colleagues, clients, captains and crew members
• Good IT skills required, MS Office & Outlook are a must
• Local South Florida candidates are highly preferred
