Guest Services Manager

The Guest Services Manager leads the entire Guest Services team and oversees the operations of the ship's reception or purser's desk. They are responsible for staff training, managing complex guest issues and complaints, and ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are delivered consistently from check-in to check-out.
