The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operation of one or more of the ship's main or specialty restaurants. They manage reservations, supervise the Maître d’Hôtel and Wait Staff, ensure exceptional food and beverage service, and address any dining-related guest issues to ensure a smooth, high-quality, and satisfying meal experience.
