Sous Chef Pastry

The Sous Chef Pastry is the second-in-command of the Pastry Department, supporting the Executive Pastry Chef. They manage the daily production schedule, supervise the team of pastry chefs, ensure strict quality control and portioning, and coordinate the delivery of all baked and sweet items to the various dining venues across the ship.
