Waiter / Waitress

The Waiter or Waitress provides direct food and beverage service to guests in the main dining rooms, specialty restaurants, and sometimes on deck. They take orders, communicate with the galley, deliver meals, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Their duties include setting and clearing tables, performing service sequence, addressing dietary needs, and often selling beverages, all while maintaining high standards of professionalism and personalized care.
