Receptionist / Concierge

Responsible for passengers' check-in and checkout in the accommodation area, including settling accounts at the end of the cruise. Receptionists also handle passengers' complaints, lost luggage, room changes, currency exchange etc.

Previous experience from hotels or resorts is required.
