We are looking for a well-qualified and experienced Pastry Chef (m/f), ideally with good knowledge in the French pastries good´s and recipes, for a 5***** European Cruise Line with international and French-speaking passengers and with great itineraries throughout the world.

This position is mainly responsible for the management of the pastry department in the Galley, to prepare the daily pastries, cookies and desserts needed for daily service to guests and crew. As well will physically assist, back up and work Hands on as required during all guests' meal services.

Required to be involved with general cleaning of the pastry galley, provision loading, help and support any area of the galley as needed, required and specified by the Executive Chef and/or other hotel/galley management.

You must have excellent U.S.P.H. knowledge and management skills.

You should have an outgoing personality and the ability to interact with different cultures. You should be flexible, stress-resistant, creative and fluent in English - any additional language considered as a plus.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
