Butchers are vital members of our culinary operations and are responsible for the smooth and efficient operation and control of the meat and seafood shop.

Their duties include handling, cutting, and preparing beef, fish, lamb, pork, poultry, and seafood items.

Butchers adhere to USPH standards and ensure that their daily work produces minimum waste.

Candidates must have experience in a similar role.
