Exec. Chef (m/f)

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Exec. Chef for a well-known 4**** European Cruise Line with mainly English speaking passengers and with great itineraries throughout Europe.

You should have an excellent knowledge in your field and have a very strong galley background in luxury cruise lines. You ensure guests satisfaction by providing the guests with the highest quality product, by monitoring and supervising the overall preparation of the dessert and pastry production, consistently and effectively.

You should have an outgoing, friendly personality and the ability to interact in an international team. You must have excellent U.S.P.H. knowledge, the ability to lead and motivate an international team and management skills are a must.

You should be flexible, stress-resistant, work very hands on, while being creative and have the company standards & budget in mind at all times.
Fluent in English is required - any additional language considered as a plus, and you should also have good computer skills.
