Objective: Provide courteous and professional wine and beverage service.
Sales and Revenue Orientation, promotes and upsells beverages, maintains stock control, minimizes breakages, assists with Tea Time service.

WSET Qualifications, 2 years experience in similar position within a fine dining restaurant or 5* hotel;
Fluent English, plus one additional European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese) is preferred.
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
