International Guest services agent

You will deal with guests face to face when assigned at the front desk. You will also work at the back of the house when assigned phone duty. Provide all guests with a premium level of service by insuring that all guests requests are efficiently handled and attended to and in a courteous manner. When situations arise and it is required, provide guests with answers, alternatives and solutions to issues presented. Degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year experience within a front office /hospitality environment. Fluent in English and either German, Spanish, French or Dutch. Salary is paid in American dollars. Rotation is 6 months on 2 months off. Minimum age is 21 years or older.
