Hotel Director-URGENT!

Our magnificent 5* International Cruise Line Company with an existing ship and new build on the way is searching for a Hotel Director to be part of the family!

Previous Cruise Ship experience as a Hotel Director is essential. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THE POSITION OF HOTEL GM/ HOTEL DIRECTOR ON A CRUISE SHIP BEFORE.

• Experience in managing large volume multi outlet operations is a must.
• 4* / 5* Cruise Ship as HD/GM experience is also a must.
• You will be managing teams of a 5* Luxury operation.
• Graduated education within the hotel industry, preferably hotel management.
• Very strong F&B experience.
• Several years of professional management experience in this role.
• Excellent management, organizational and communication skills.
• Guest focused, stress resistant, calm under pressure, team player, diplomatic attitude, leadership example.
• Open minded and flexible with high social and inter-cultural competencies.
• Excellent English skills (written & verbal), French required also.
• Must work independently, very good computer skills
