River Cruise Job - Executive Housekeeper

On behalf of our respectable Client (5* European River Cruise Line), we are looking for highly motivated Executive Housekeeper.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the performance and professional procedures in the guest cabins, laundry, crew and public areas
• Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all passenger cabins
• Regular inspection of guest cabins, public rooms, pantries and lockers, officer and crew area on cleanliness, repairs, safety and standards with documentation
• Control, implementation and assurance of safe, professional, economical and hygienic material storage
• Contact for passengers with problems / complaints in the household
• Implementation, management and provision of logs and checklists as required
• Instruction, organization, instruction and training of supervised employees with appropriate documentation
• Planning, implementation, control and evaluation of the Housekeeping staff
• Practicing company values
• Taking care of ships flowers
• Responsible for stock ordering
• Any other duties given by Hotel Manager

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in staff management
• A good organizer with structured working methods
• You enjoy a pleasant working environment
• Minimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably in a 4 or 5* Hotel or cruise ship
• Cruise ship experience is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and progress
• Fluent in spoken English and/or German depending on the ship
