We are urgently looking for a Head Sommelier for fantastic luxury Cruise line.
The position requires pervious experience . Involved in Budgets, Ordering and Cost Control. Also, strong Sales expierance required and the ability to increase sales on board.
Salary is 3500 USD, plus service and commission on Sales.
Previous Cruise or River Ship would be great, or good hotel or recently completed hotel school.
Must have official of training/certification as a sommelier, and have good wine knowledge.
Contract is 5/6 months on 2 months off.
Fluency in English.Additional languages an asset.
STCW's would be required before joining.
