IT Project Manager - On Board Hotel System

Costa Crociere is seeking a talented and energetic Project Manager to join the Costa Information Technology Team, our technology center whose core mission is providing technological and data platforms to support the Company to be a market leader, differentiating from competitors and maintaining customer satisfaction, assuring at the same time alignment with financial targets. The person will be responsible for managing the full SW lifecycle of Costa core onboard Hotel application (SAPI) and satellite on board systems.

Key responsibilities

• Definition of the Technological and application roadmap for the Hotel system (SAPI)
• Business & technology requirement collection
• Solution definition, cost estimate, planning, budgeting and cost control
• Coordination of delivery, system deployment to the fleet and user support
• Supplier Management Project & Risk Management Stakeholders Management (On Board and shoreside)

Job Requirements

• Ideal for people who have  Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology (or equivalent studies with significant technology background)
• Technical background and experience in SW development projects
• Good relationship, leadership and team working attitude
• Strong planning skills and be result oriented (time, quality, cost)
• Successful experience in managing complex projects (at least 5 years)
• Proficient knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required), any other language represents an appreciated skill
