Head Of IT Onboard Applications

Head of IT Onboard Applications Costa Crociere is seeking a talented and energetic IT Manager to join the Costa Information Technology Team, our technology center whose core mission is providing technological and data platforms to support the Company to be a market leader, differentiating from competitors and maintaining customer satisfaction, assuring at the same time alignment with financial targets. The chosen candidate will lead the Costa IT Onboard Team, defining the strategy and maintaining the Product Roadmap for the Onboard Applications (SAPI, TCPOS, Digital Signage and any other onboard Client facing application), from technological and functional point of view.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership of the Costa IT On Board Team Defining the strategy and maintaining the Product Roadmap for the On Board Applications (SAPI, TCPOS, Digital Signage and any other onboard Client facing application), from technological and functional point of view
• Defining Budget and controlling costs (CAPEX and OPEX)
• Managing relationships with suppliers
• Managing the Business stakeholders and business Demand
• Assuring planning and delivery according to expected quality, time and TCO  

Job Requirements

• Ideal for people who have Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology (or equivalent studies with significant technology background)
• Successful experience in stakeholder management in complex environments
• Solid understanding of Application and systems management
• Strong team leadership skills
• Successful experience of managing Vendors and Third parties.
• Successful experience in program/project management and proven negotiation and communication skills (at least 10 years)
• Good knowledge and experience on ERP/Digital projects and applications
• Proficient knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required), any other language represents an appreciated skill
