Grupo Vidanta Cruise Line is currently lookinf for a Senior Deck Supervisor

Position Goal: Ensures all cleanliness of guests and crew cabins and public areas according to company policies and standards. 

Main functions: 

  • Ensures all sanitation and hygiene are followed as per Company health and hygiene standards.
  • Manages the cost effectiveness of the housekeeping operation, and providing suitable suggestions to improve it.
  • Maximizes passenger satisfaction at all times.
  • Creation of working schedules.
  • Responsible for the organization of the embarkation and disembarkation of the passenger luggage according to the Company policy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Tourism, Hotel Management or Management.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • 5 years of experience.
