Sous Chefs required for Chef’s table (Molecular Cuisine inspired Menu)

On board the World’s First Discovery Yacht, Scenic Eclipse, we offer our guest’s luxury in every task – from luggage unpacked by a personal butler, to a choice of gourmet meals across a range of 10 on board dining venues.

Small and intimate venues abound on Scenic Eclipse affording guest’s the choice of privacy, from our Chef’s Table offering a private degustation experience to the Teppanyaki grill private dining.

We are looking for a Sous Chef who have international fine dining and Molecular cuisine knowledge for the Scenic Eclipse chef’s table private degustation menu. (8 guests maximum)
