Food & Beverage Manager - Expedition New Build

The Company

I am currently working with a leading Expedition Cruise company, and have an opportunity for an extraordinarily skilled Food and Beverage Manager to be part of the team preparing their new ships for operation in 2019.

The Role

As Food and Beverage Manager you will enjoy a varied role. You will raise the company and entire F&B operation to a new level, whilst implementing new concepts that create better experiences for the guests.

As F&B Manager, you will be in charge of the entire F&B department reporting into the Hotel Manager. Your responsibilities will include to be in full control of all F&B operations. You will work on continuously developing the employees so that we can deliver premium service and quality on the ships.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years F&B Manager Experience on Premium Cruise Lines
• Proven experience with new openings / start-ups
• Experience from high end customers is good - 5* Hotel International brands are preferred
• Developed management skills
• Fluent English language skills
