P&O Cruises - Food & Beverage Manager

Our business is growing as P&O Cruises are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager who wants to be part of a brand that is famous for its exceptional cuisine and warm welcome!

Ensuring that the teams deliver incredible drinks and dining experiences you will do your utmost to enhance the guest customer experience at every opportunity, and proudly achieving outstanding guests satisfaction scores. Leading such a mix of operations you will learn new skills that will allow you to develop your career and broadening your horizons.

If you wish to take your careers to the next level we will be looking for:

• Previous employment within Food & Beverage on board a cruise ship or large hotel resort environment
• Experience of financial management of stock, cost controls and budgets and meeting and exceeding targets
• Experience of COSH, USPH and food hygiene is essential
• Extensive managerial experience of managing a large team conducting appraisals, development plans and motivating staff, ideally within the cruise industry
