Executive Chef - 6* Luxury Ocean Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with a leading 6* luxury Cruise line, and have an exciting opportunity for a number of Executive Chefs to join their rapidly growing fleet.

The Role

You will be in charge of all aspect of the daily food service operation, whilst supervising staff by supporting and mentoring the entire galley. You will be catering for 900+ passengers. To ensure the efficient operation of all food production areas, to constantly analyse quality and cost of food production, to keep within the set budget and monitor time management. To provide ongoing training and ensure that the standards set. To ensure safe, quality food production and full guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5* Cruise Ship or International 5* Hotel experience in rank for at least 3 contracts/years.
• Great Longevity
• Excellent English language skills
