I have a fantastic opportunity to join a high-speed passenger ferry as a Cabin Manager.

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals, who will be responsible for delivering a first-class customer experience.

Safety is at the heart of their business, therefore the main responsibility will be managing all deck crew and cabin crew is to ensure that their passengers are kept safe at all times, including in an emergency. Other responsibilities include welcoming and assisting passengers, making sur that all onboard shops and cafes are running efficiently and profitable, and ensure that the ship is always kept clean and tidy .

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to work effectively under pressure as part of a fun and energising team. You will need to be able to manage your time effectively and have a flexible and adaptable approach. Experience in a customer facing role is essential, and experience within the retail or food & beverage industry would be beneficial.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £29,272
Conditions: 4 x 12 hour shifts then 4 days off
