6 Star Food and Beverage Director

I am currently working with an Ultra Luxury Cruise Company, and have a very exciting and unique opportunity for a Food and Beverage manager to join their fleet of luxury Cruise Vessels.

The ideal candidate for this role must have experience working on board Cruise Ships in the position of Food and Beverage Manager for at least 3 years. The position offers a 6:2 rotation and the opportunity to be a part of a growing company with New Builds on order!

As the Food and Beverage Director Hotel Manager you will be managing the entire hotel and F&B operation on board in the 6 star Luxury areas of the Ship and report directly to the Hotel General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and networking skills

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Fluent in English language and at least one other
• A Diploma in international hospitality management
• Experience on board Luxury Cruise Ships as Food and Beverage manager for at least 3 years
