Executive Sous Chef - Luxury Cruise Line

I am currently working with a luxury cruise line who are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join their growing team

As an Executive Sous Chef you will report to an executive chef & will be responsible for the daily operations within your area. The chef de cuisine is the first-in-command on a day-to-day basis, managing all other food preparation employees,You will ensure the highest standards are reached by yourself and your team, meeting and exceeding company expectations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a 5* restaurant in this position
• Cruise Ship experience
• Fluent English language skills
