Assistant Restaurant Manager - 5 star Luxury Cruise Line

I am currently recruiting for a 5 star Luxury Cruise Company. This company is up and coming within the market and offers the unique and exciting opportunity to be a part of sought after voyages and New Build projects. I am looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the fleet.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager on board another 4/5 star Luxury Ocean cruise Vessel. New Build experience is also favourable for this role.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the entire Restaurant Operation alongside the Restaurant Manager and manage a team of Waiters to ensure a very high standard of service is offered at all times, in order to exceed Guest Satisfaction when it comes to the all important on board Dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager on board a Luxury Cruise Vessel.

- A hands on and positive attitude

- Fluent English Language Skills
