  • specialist in pastry products
  • competence in the preparation and display of a variety of cakes, cookies, muffins, danishes etc.
  • ability to work in a team
  • ability to communicate in English or German
  • international experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • prepare and present pastry, desserts, teatime cakes and dessert buffets for passengers and crew at international standards
  • create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage the interest of passengers
  • maintain company quality standards and suggest improvements
  • share recipes with guests during onboard cooking demonstrations
  • participate during product loading together with the other members of the crew
