P&O Hotel Duty Manager
P&O Cruises are recruiting for a Hotel Duty Manager; a relatively new position on board within the Hotel Operations & Retail department. This exciting opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering great service and exceeding Guest expectations.
You will be responsible for the overall Guest experience whilst on duty supporting the wider hotel operation by ensuring that we maintain our service standards and recovering brilliantly when required.
You will lead our team of Receptionists and Experience Partners to new levels by striving to maximise the guest experience at the reception and experience desks. As Duty Manager you’ll look to identify opportunities to reduce Guest queries, as part of our commitment to continuously improve the holiday experience.
It will be your commitment to improve experience by always identifying the root cause, and supporting the wider hotel departments to achieve this. You will ensure brand standards are maintained at all times by maximising visual service and presence.

To join P&O Cruises in this fantastic new role you must have the following:
- Experience of working within a premium, high volume multi-function hotel operation
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service environments and recovery
- Experience of working within multi-venue management/event planning
- Proven management experience
Please note that the Proficiency in Survival Craft Rescue Boats (PSCRB) and Personal Survival Techniques (PST) STCW's are a requirement for this role. Further information will be provided should your application should be successful.
