Tasks / Responsibilities

• Highest level of management of all galley crew
• Main responsibility for all meals and food items served on board
• Main responsibility for stock management and food cost
• Main responsibility for compliance with all HACCP requirements
• Main responsibility for implementing all galley and food standards
• Active liaison with guests and ensure the highest customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as an Executive Chef
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of the menu and all food items
• Professional knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley
• Professional communication skills in English and / or German
• Leadership skills, team work and expertise
• EU passport
