We are looking for 2x experienced Head Chef's for our clients luxury river barge boat, cruising in France from May 2022 until September 2022. The role will suit someone who has experience cooking for between 8-16 guests as a sole chef. You will be responsible for presenting local french cuisine, from parts of the regions that the boat visits. You will share your own flair and creativity whilst most importantly creating exceptional standards of food for the premium guests onboard.

You should have experience in fine dining restaurants, cruise ships or super yachts, chalets or private households.

You must be able to cook up to 3 course meals for 12 guests

You must be able to bake, pastries and cakes if required

You must have an EU passport and be available immediately

French Cuisine knowledge is hugely beneficial.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese
