Hotel General Manager

I am currently working with an established Cruise line and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the team onboard.

Faststream are pleased to currently be working with a 6* boutique luxury cruise company and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the hotel team onboard. 

The Hotel General Manager manages the entire Hotel Operation and will coordinate and execute onboard safety/environmental and maintenance procedures.
All Hotel department heads will report into the successful candidate. You will ensure that all hotel departments and onboard operate with harmony and efficiency, and that the passenger experience and company standards are kept at the forefront of the teams focus.
Utilising your developed management skills, you will ensure that attention is focused on guest satisfaction, budgets are adhered to, succession planning is in place, that safety awareness is promoted, and that all departments are running at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience as Hotel Manager (Or similar) on Ocean Cruise ships
-Experience in 5* (or higher) Hotels (Luxury cruise experience would be an advantage)
-Developed leadership skills
-Computer literacy
-English language skills, additional languages would be a benefit (but not necessary)
