Contract Length: NCL - 26 weeks on/ 10 weeks off / Oceania & Regent Seven Seas - 5 months on and 2 months off
Stripes: NCL - 2.5 / Oceania & Regent Seven Seas - 1 Stripe
Cabin: NCL - Single / Oceania & Regent Seven Seas - Share

Applicants need to have a grasp of at least the basics of why PC is not connecting to the network.

Familiar with APIPA
Knowledge of the purpose of a gateway and the implications of mis-configuration.
Knowledge of VLANs, DHCP, DNS and NSLOOKUP
Experience administrating or supporting Windows servers.
Experience administrating Active Directories
Prefer experience working with Fidelio, but not required
Able to fix printers
Strong troubleshooting skills

Also helpful is experience with end user support and good communication skills ( Windows servers experience). We’re only really looking for experience obtained in a working environment.

MS certificate is preferred from the 1st assignment.
For now, we accept the MCSA. ( MCSA exam was retired in June 2020 and it’s no longer possible to get the certification, but existing certifications will remain valid.)
Apart from the MCSA we suggest a minimum of MTA (Microsoft Technology Associate) certification for candidates. The IT Managers ideally prefer Exam 98-365 Windows Server Administration Fundamentals or Exam 98-349 Windows Operating System Fundamentals are their recommendations.

Briefly the below is what we are looking for :

• certification and experience in Microsoft Server and Workstation administration, Network management/administration, and VMWare.
• Other useful knowledge and experience include working with Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Point of Sale systems (Micros preferred), Print Server management, knowledge of DHCP and DNS, and experience with Windows 10 administration and troubleshooting.
