A major Cruise Line is looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join their fleet of large and luxurious ships.

 

Responsibilities:

-Help to manage the culinary activities in their state-of-the-art galleys
-Maintain food cost at reasonable levels, without affecting quality or standards
-Prepare international cuisine in multiple venues
-Enforce USPH and HACCP procedures for sanitation and cleanliness
-Monitoring workstations and staff for adherence to all procedures
-Manage and train large culinary staff numbers to consistently meet performance standards

Requirements:

-Managed a multicultural team in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility
-Cruise ship experience will be beneficial but is not essential
-Must be COVID vaccinated 
-Prepared to be away for home for several months at a time
