Your responsibility will include, but will not be limited to:

Provide an efficient and positive culinary experienceto guests, creating Ambassador Moments and leading to total guest and company satisfaction

Supportall bakery productionsin all outlets, ensuring quality, freshness and recipes meet Company standard

Ensure effective, cooperative communication with Head Baker

Executive Sous Chef and Pastry Chef

Responsible for stock levels and stock quality of all Bakery items

Ensure Bakery items are produced to exact Company standards

Thorough knowledge and compliance of food handling and sanitation requirements as per Company and Public Health requirements

Report any maintenance issuesand faults for followed up

Lead by example by ensuring all company polices and procedures are always adhered to

Provide a positive working environment by ensuring all colleagues are treated fairly and equally

Any other duties as reasonably requested by Head Baker, Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
