Assistant Maitre D (Cruise) - Worldwide

I am looking for Assistant Maître D's for a leading cruise line.

Responsibilities:

- Supervises all food and beverage service functions in the Café/Restaurant's and Room service as assigned by the Maitre D
- Greet each customer or guest as they enter restaurants
- Book reservations
- Provide information about the restaurant to a potential patron

Requirements:

- Must have sailed on Cruise ships as Head Waiter with strong restaurant management experince on land OR sailed on cruise as Assistant Maitre D.

- Strong experience in a guest facing service role within a luxury environment
- Confident, well-presented with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests.
- Ability to read and write English, understand written procedures and able to present information and respond to guests, supervisors, and co-workers
