Chief Engineer HSC Passenger

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarization on board INCAT
• Minimum 2 years sailed experience as a Chief Engineer onboard HSC vessel, with good maintenance knowledge and if possible dry dock experience
• Experienced with Main Engine Type: RUSTON
• If possible TO ALSO HAVE Auxiliary Generator Diesel experience Type Caterpillar
• Preferable AMOS experience is preferred however SERTICA also acceptable
• Candidates not older than 55 years of age is preferred
• Experience with international crew is required as we have a mixture of crew (Moroccan, Honduran, Croatian, Montenegrin, etc)
• Candidates with a stable background to be recommended
• English language skill is a must
• Non EU Candidates: Spain Visa (Schengen)

TERM AND CONDITIONS:

Although this has been provided earlier we need to underline that the below should be made aware to candidates (and agreed) before proposing them to us :

• Contract duration: 6 months (rotation : 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
• Route : Algeciras
• 1st rotation will be a bit longer as 7-14 days familiaristation will be required
• Embarkation date : immediate / as soon as possible
• Salary EUR 237.00 P/D + EUR 12.50 P/D (food allowance) – all paid end of the month
• 12 hour shifts
• no overtime paid as already consolidated in the salary
• no leave paid as already consolidated in the salary
• Food allowance : eur EUR 12.50 P/D – covers all meals of the day – food to be purchased/prepped/taken onboard for the shift as food is not provided onboard
• Accommodation : arranged by operator / ashore / 1 room – 1 bed – shared living spaces (i.e sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom etc)
• Premises are usually a hotel room and/or a flat consisting of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms
• Accommodation is approx 5 mins – 20 mins walking distance to/from the vessel
